- Develop and maintain forward capacity price forecasts, zonal or system-wide, for a 5- to 10-year horizon
- Forecast inputs: load growth projections, retirements and new entry capacity, policy-driven resource changes, capacity accreditation reforms, and interconnection queue dynamics
- Provide scenario analysis, including policy delays, higher-than-expected renewable penetration, and thermal retirements
Project Development
